Stephen O'Neill.

Stephen "Steve" O'Neill is a New Zealand film and theatre actor who played a Laketowner in The Desolation of Smaug and The Battle of the Five Armies and as a Dwarf in the parody short Dwarf on a Pig, where he also worked as a grip.

• Steve did over 40 days as an extra on the second and third films of the trilogy from 2012 to 2013. He loved being on set and was even able to get Carolynne Cunningham to laugh (on one occasion) between takes.
